joost is really hot!
It’s Friday and what a week that was. I also gave a lot of Joost invites today, around 30+ I guess (I lost count). Whew!
Why whew? Because the only way you can send an invite is to go and load the Joost application (which is still slow) and go the “My Joost” panel (it’s disturbing my show SI.com’s swimsuit 2007).
So, having said that if you still haven’t tried Joost, just leave me a comment here. I’ll distribute them when I get the chance.
By the way, there is a new Joost version. It has improved, doesn’t crash anymore and there are more channels. Meaning, you are missing a lot!
I was also poking around my system and it seems like Joost is using XUL (Mozilla’s User Inteface Language) just like Songbird (see my post here)!

Update: Joost keyboard shortcuts! Hit any number on your keyboard to jump to a channel. 25 for Sports Illustrated Channel. Also, you can login to your Jabber Account or Gmail Talk from Joost! Cool!
