Pandora (Music Genome Projectâ„¢) is shutting down non-U.S. users starting on Thursday evening.
Tom, this is really dissapointing for the rest of us. I loved Pandora ever since it started. Especially when I am at work. I have discovered a lot of new songs and new genre from all over the world from your site. I do hope that you will soon open it up for us.
Clearly, the vision of going globally is hamperred by music licensing and this kills the very foundation of the concept “open world” on the net.
Sad times. I guess Last.fm will pick up the cudgels from here on?
