10 top personal finance management (web applications) list
Here are my top 10 personal finance management web applications list (the last 2 mint and spendview looks interesting but I haven’t tested them. They are still by invite/closed).

Check out http://www.expenseRegister.com . This is a free personal finance and budgeting tool. You can create a budget and monitor spending. It has some neat tools and reports to track spending. Also keeps things simple and easy to use.
