I just ran into this suite of online web services called WebAsyst. Might be great tools for startups.
Their WebAsyst Services includes:

- WebAsyst Projects – Create projects, outline scope of work with due dates and estimated cost, assign people. Track project from start to completion.

- WebAsyst Notes – Add and organize notes and memos. Create your online notepad and share it with collegues and friends.
