Intel launches Cool Software

Intel recently launched Cool Software, a digg clone. Got the news from VentureBeat and according to them the software costs $40,000. Oh Wow!
The project cost around $40,000, said Steve Santamaria, director of Intel’s Software and Solutions Group responsible for tracking independent software companies (ISVs) and helping them grow with Intel’s help.
Why wow? Because the site runs on a popular open-source digg clone, Pligg. Which can be installed in less than 30 mins. It could have been customized but I don’t see any significant difference from Pligg to Cool SW. Do you?
